FundingKai is a focused data desk for perpetual funding rates and cross-exchange spreads. We collect the data directly from venue APIs, do the maths, and publish what the rates are actually saying about positioning — the same numbers we use ourselves.
What we do
We track perpetual funding across Bybit, Binance, and MEXC every 8 hours for ten major assets, calculate annualised yields, monitor cross-exchange spreads, and ingest live liquidation events. Every page is rendered from a single source of truth and refreshed multiple times per day.
Most market data sites are aggregators that summarise others. We publish from our own pipeline. When you read an operator note on a rate page, it reflects how we'd actually approach the setup — not a generic explainer.
How we work
Small team, deliberate scope. We focus on doing one thing well: funding rate and liquidation analytics that quantitative traders actually use. No content marketing fluff, no trend-chasing, no products we wouldn't trust ourselves.
Coverage today spans ten USDT-margined perpetuals across three top-volume venues (Bybit, Binance, and MEXC). The data pipeline is built for institutional-grade reliability — multi-source redundancy on every feed, health monitoring on every endpoint, and a strict separation between raw venue data and any operator commentary so you can always tell which is which.
What we don't do
- Sell signals or predictions. Funding rates inform positioning analysis; they don't replace your own work.
- Hide the business model. Exchange CTAs use our referral codes; data products are sold transparently. Both disclosed.
- Overstate certainty. When a setup looks ambiguous, we say so. When a strategy isn't working, we pause it and explain why.
Working with us
We're set up for individual quants, research desks, and institutional teams who want venue-direct funding and liquidation data without building the pipeline themselves. The same data flows into our public site, our REST API on RapidAPI, and our Ko-fi data products.
